MARK MAKING & THE ELUSIVE SPIRIT
(Purple Giraffes and Other Ephemera)
Cherie Spencer Lesnick
Opening Reception: Friday, May 12, 2017, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Solo Exhibit: May 12 thru June 21
Artist Presentation & Closing Reception: 4:00 p.m., Saturday April 22, 2017
In response to an overwhelming interest in Aimee’s opening night presentation, she has
graciously agreed to giving a talk at the close of her exhibit, next Saturday afternoon at 4:00. The artist
will describe and discuss the manufacture of hanji papers and her approach and process. She will be
open to any questions and encourages the audience to engage in a conversation. Still Point will have beverages
and light appetizers for the occasion.
This is a special event for the gallery and we hope many of you can attend. There has already been a significant
expression of interest and you may want to consider making it an evening in Little Italy at one of the
excellent restaurants just down the street or around the corner.
